For more than three decades, board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist Bradley S. Douglas, M.D., FACOG has cared for patients from his longstanding Boca Raton office. He helped design and launch the Labor and Delivery unit at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, later serving as Department Chief. Dr. Douglas founded the Colposcopy Clinic at Florida Atlantic University and is on the clinical faculty of the George E. Schmidt College of Medicine. He is also a Clinical Professor at Marietta College in Ohio and instructs physician assistant students from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Douglas earned a B.S. in Biology, magna cum laude, in 1982 in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Kennedy Scholar at the Cleveland Clinic, he completed his M.D. at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 1986. After an Ob/Gyn residency through the Medical College of Virginia, he began practicing in Boca Raton in 1990. Nationally, Dr. Douglas has lectured on cord stem cell harvesting and has trained colleagues in procedures such as MyoSure for uterine fibroid removal and NovaSure endometrial ablation for abnormal uterine bleeding. His clinical focus spans minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, menopausal care, bioidentical hormone therapy, laser treatment for symptoms of vaginal atrophy, and comprehensive endometriosis management. With extensive experience and ongoing advanced training, he performs complex robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgeries. Having completed specialized training at NYU and employing firefly imaging, he has guided hundreds of patients through precise resection of hard-to-detect endometriosis implants, leading to swift recoveries and meaningful pain relief.
